She is 23 year old (as of March 2021). She is from Chandigarh, India. Her father’s name is Amrindar Singh Sekhon and her coach’s name is Mansher, who trained her for this. Younger star started learning to shoot earlier in her life. Her consistent and hard work got her huge success and she got good fame all across the world. This is not the first time when she won the medal. In 2018 she also received a Bronze medal in Australia. She is so a brave and hard-working girl.
Career
She started her shooting career in 2015. She joined trainning center KSSR and received training under the coach Mansher. After hard work of years, her time came in 2018. In 2018 she qualified for many tournaments and won many too. 2018 was the golden time of career she received many medals this year.
In 2018, Sekhon became the first Indian female skeet shooter to win a medal at the ISSF World Championship, with a bronze in the junior event in Sydney, Australia.
In 2018 she won a silver medal in the Jaipur championship. the youngster completed her hat-trick of silver medals in the senior National Shooting.
On Sunday 2021 she played her first senior final in ISSF World Cup. She was feeling a little bit nervous be she did it. After winning a bronze medal on this senior final in ISSF World Cup she made a separate fanbase and inspired many new upcoming shooting champions. Her father was supporting her in the stadium. Her father and coach were available while she was playing her final match.
